For over 40 years, Gary Naeyaert has been a dedicated advocate, specializing in various public policy issues. He is now applying his extensive skills to assist people in buying and selling homes in Mid-Michigan.
Since 2017, Gary has represented home buyers and sellers. He is currently an Associate Broker and team leader at EXIT Realty Home Partners, one of Lansing's most innovative real estate agencies. He specializes in residential home sales, vacation properties, and real estate investment, and he enjoys helping first-time buyers navigate the process. His extensive professional experience in negotiation, advocacy communication, marketing, and media relations has prepared him well to help you achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
Before entering real estate, Gary spent ten years advocating for education choice at the Great Lakes Education Project, the Governor Engler Center for Charter Schools at Central Michigan University, and the Michigan Association of Public School Academies. Before that, he dedicated ten years to lobbying and public relations on transportation issues at the Michigan Road Builders Association and served as an appointee of Governor John Engler as the director of communication at the Michigan Department of Transportation. Additionally, Gary worked for a decade as the Account Manager at Creative Media, Inc., an advertising agency and communication firm he co-founded in East Lansing. He started his professional advertising and public relations career by working for four years at Marketing Resource Group, Inc.
Naeyaert is a 1983 graduate of James Madison College at Michigan State University and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. After putting all three of their children through college, he still lives in Mason with his smoking-hot wife and business partner (Robin Case Naeyaert) in an empty nest. Gary's favorite title is "Papa" to his four grandchildren. Dream Big!!

She's been an advocate, community leader, policy maker, elected official, wife, mother, and grandmother. Currently, she is putting her skills to work helping people buy and sell homes in Mid-Michigan.
Since 2015, Robin has represented home buyers and sellers, and is affiliated with EXIT Realty Home Partners, one of Lansing's most innovative real estate agencies. She specializes in residential home sales, vacation homes, investment properties and helping first-time buyers navigate the process.
Before (and during) her career in real estate, Robin has been a Legislative Aide in the Michigan House of Representatives, having worked for nine different State Representatives during a 30-year career. This challenging and engaging profession requires extensive project management, negotiation, problem-solving, and exceptional "people" skills. In this arena Robin thrived.
In addition, Robin represented Ingham County's 14th district (including Mason, Leslie, Dansville, and Vevay, Ingham, and Bunker Hill townships) as an elected County Commissioner for 6 years and was elected to serve on the Mason City Council for 14 years, including terms as Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem.
Her extensive experience has equipped Robin to help you achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
Robin lives in Mason with her husband and business partner (Gary Naeyaert) and enjoys travelling, cooking, and most especially - spending time with their grandchildren!

Kristen began her real estate career in 2002. In 2013, she accepted a compelling job opportunity outside of real estate and took a 10-year hiatus. Now, she has returned to the profession she truly loves—helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care.
Her diverse professional background includes working with the Mason School District while her children were in elementary school, serving as an administrator for a construction company, and nearly a decade of service with the State of Michigan. These roles have strengthened her organizational skills, customer service, and community involvement.
Kristen genuinely enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and is passionate about delivering a personalized and positive experience for each client.
She and her husband share a blended family of six children and are now proud grandparents of two fun-loving grandchildren. When not spending time with family, they enjoy the outdoors— whether it’s boating, hiking, gardening, or vacationing.
