Since 2017, Gary has represented home buyers and sellers. He is currently the Associate Broker at EXIT Realty Home Partners, one of Lansing's newest and most innovative real estate agencies. He specializes in residential home sales, vacation homes, and investment properties, and enjoys helping first-time buyers navigate the process. His extensive professional experience in negotiation, advocacy communication, marketing, and media relations has equipped him well to help you reach the American Dream of homeownership.
Before working in real estate, Gary spent ten years promoting education choice at the Great Lakes Education Project, the Center for Charter Schools at Central Michigan University, and the Michigan Association of Public School Academies. Before that, Gary invested 10 years in lobbying and public relations on transportation policy issues at the Michigan Road Builders Association and as an appointee of Governor John Engler at the Michigan Department of Transportation. Gary also spent a decade as the Account Manager at Creative Media, Inc., an East Lansing advertising agency and communication firm he co-founded, and he began his professional career in advertising and public relations at Marketing Resource Group, Inc.
Naeyaert is a 1983 graduate of James Madison College at Michigan State University and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. After putting all three of their children through college, he lives in Mason with his smoking-hot wife and business partner (Robin Case Naeyaert) in an empty nest. Gary's favorite title is "Papa" to his four grandchildren. Dream Big!!

Robin Case Naeyaert has spent her entire life promoting and supporting her hometown of Mason, Michigan. She's been an advocate, community leader, policy maker, elected official, wife and mother. She is now putting her skills to work helping people buy and sell homes in Mid-Michigan.
Since 2015, Robin has represented home buyers and sellers, and she is currently a franchisee with EXIT Realty Advantage, one of Lansing's newest and most innovative real estate agencies. She specializes in residential home sales, vacation homes, investment properties and helping first-time buyers navigate the process. Robin was recognized with the "Rising Star" Award at her agency in 2016.
Before (and during) her career in real estate, Robin has been a Legislative Aide in the Michigan House of Representatives, having worked for nine different State Representatives over the past quarter century. This challenging and engaging profession requires extensive project management, negotiation, problem solving and exceptional "people" skills. In this arena Robin has thrived.
In addition, Robin has been an elected County Commissioner since 2016, representing Ingham County's 14th district (including Mason, Leslie, Dansville and Vevay, Ingham and Bunker Hill townships). Prior to being elected to the County Commission, Robin served on the Mason City Council for 14 years, including terms as Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem.
Her extensive experience has equipped Robin to help you reach the American Dream of home ownership.
Robin lives in Mason with her husband and business partner (Gary Naeyaert) in an empty nest after having put all three of their children through college.

With deep roots in the area, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge about the communities that make up Greater Lansing. She is proud and excited to assist buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region.
Kristen began her real estate career in 2002. In 2013, she accepted a compelling job opportunity outside of real estate and took a 10-year hiatus. Now, she has returned to the profession she truly loves—helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care.
Her diverse professional background includes working with the Mason School District while her children were in elementary school, serving as an administrator for a construction company, and nearly a decade of service with the State of Michigan. These roles have strengthened her organizational skills, customer service, and community involvement.
Kristen genuinely enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and is passionate about delivering a personalized and positive experience for each client.
She and her husband share a blended family of six children and are now proud grandparents of two fun-loving grandchildren. When not spending time with family, they enjoy the outdoors—whether it’s boating, hiking, gardening, or vacationing.
